SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
We currently dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow its journey. We want you to be protected quickly too!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times and customs requirements vary by destination. Some countries have specific regulations regarding leather or exotic materials, which may result in additional duties, documentation, or restrictions. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import requirements are set by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient. If you’re unsure about regulations in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-custom products within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Our Skins™ are crafted in limited quantities with the finest Italian leathers, so we encourage thoughtful purchases, but we understand that sometimes things change.
Can I exchange my item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different piece, simply return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
What items are non-returnable?
For hygiene and care reasons, leather wipes and care products are final sale. Limited-edition, custom creations and collaboration pieces are also final sale- this will always be clearly stated before purchase.
PRODUCT & CARE
How do I care for my Skin™?
Care is simple:

Store your Skin™ flat or gently folded when not in use.

Avoid prolonged exposure to water or direct sunlight.

Use a soft, dry cloth to remove surface dust or our Daily Wipes.
Can I use your Daily Wipes on my bag and my Skin™?
Yes. Our Daily Wipes are designed to be gentle and nourishing, suitable for both your bag and your Skin™.
FIT & COMPATIBILITY
How do I know if the Skin™ will fit my bag?
Each product page specifies the exact bag model and size it’s designed for. Our Skins™ are tailored with precision. If your bag isn’t listed yet, it simply means we haven’t released a Skin™ for it yet. We can produce a custom Skin™, fill out the Custom Request Form to start that process.
Will the Skin™ stretch or damage my bag?
No. Our Skins™ are designed to sit securely without pulling, compressing, or altering your bag’s structure. They are not intended to replace dust-bags for storage, however.
STYLING & USE
Where can I wear my Skins™?
That’s entirely up to you. Luxury isn’t meant to stay home. Wear your Skin™ while traveling, on city walks, on rainy days, during daily errands, at brunch, on excursions, or even on days that move straight from work to workout. Some wear Skins™ discreetly, letting protection do its quiet work, while others style them boldly, like an outfit for their bag.
Can I change Skins™ easily?
Yes. Skins™ are designed for easy application and removal, so you can switch them depending on your mood, outfit, or destination.
GIFTING
Is Sansouci suitable for gifting?
Very much so. Every order arrives beautifully packaged, making it an effortless gift, whether for someone else or yourself.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes. You’ll have the option to add a personalized note at checkout.
LIMITED DROPS & AVAILABILITY
Will you restock sold-out items?
Our core collection will return, others might not. We recommend joining our mailing list or following us on Instagram to stay close to future releases.
